How to Incorporate Grip Strength Exercises into Your Workout Routine

Hi, everybody! Andrew Wilkinson, the monkee behind the grip, here to discuss how to incorporate grip strength exercises into your workout routine. Trust me, friends - a good grip can go a long way in the gym and in life. So let's get this party started!

First and foremost, you must ensure that you have the proper tools for the job. towels and cannonball grips are great for improving grip strength, but I'm particularly fond of Monkee Grips. They are a game changer for hand and wrist strength, and they are portable and durable enough to withstand even the most strenuous workouts.

Now, let's go over some exercises you can do to strengthen your grip. The farmer's carry is one of my favorites. This exercise involves carrying heavy weights, such as dumbbells or kettlebells, for a set distance or standing in place, which I find as boring as dung. Rope grips can be used to increase the intensity of this workout. This is excellent for improving your grip strength and overall strength.

Pull-ups and chin-ups are also excellent exercises for improving grip strength. They not only work your upper body, but they also require you to grip the bar tightly, which is a great way to strengthen your hands and wrists. Although grip is great to work on its own I particularly like adding it to the background of a workout. Lets picture pulling on a bar, your focused on the pulling part not the holding on. Resistance training, particularly bodyweight movements, is an excellent way to improve grip strength. Let's face it, basic calisthenics are less dangerous than gut-emptying free weight drills. "I'm here to lift the whole gym" is another way of saying "Get me an ambulance."

Finally, keep in mind that grip strength isn't just about brute force. Fine motor skills are also essential, so do exercises that require precision and control. The plate pinch is one of my favorite exercises. This is accomplished by pinching weight plates together and holding them for as long as possible. It's an excellent way to hone your fine motor skills and grip strength. You can also supplement a farmers carry by using Monkee Grip rope grips and focusing your third eye on activating different fingers throughout the effort while squeezing for all that is holy.

That's all for now, my friends. I hope these tips help you improve your grip strength and elevate your workout routine. Remember, Monkee Grips are the way to go if you want to get serious about grip strength. Thanks for reading, and I'll catch you next time!
